Is our housing and mortgage market in too poor of shape to allow the loan caps to fall? I am sure that Congress will tell us, and probably wait until the very last minute to do so. And if Congress extends it for another year or three, all the investors and lenders will have already cut off locks, and re-engineered their processing software....
